Customer complaint

NOTIFICATION ON THE METHOD OF SUBMITTING WRITTEN COMPLAINTS

 

In accordance with Article 10 Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (“Narodne novine“, No. 41/14, 110/15), we inform the consumers that any complaints about the quality of our services can be submitted in written form at our headquarters. A confirmation for the received complaint will be issued in written form without delay.

Complaints can also be submitted

A response to the written complaint of the consumer will be given in written form no later than 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint. Therefore, the consumer should provide an address for the delivery of the response.
