Rabac is a destination offering a great variety of sport activities.
Team sports, tennis, cycling, hiking
There are tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball grounds, boccie fields, mini golf grounds and most of them can be found within the vicinity of tourist complexes, hotels and camps. Those fond of recreation can find in subregion an attractive offer: hiking, jogging, a great variety of cycling paths even that it has attracted the famous Giro d' Italia into this region.
Water sports
The Rivera of Rabac as a bathing destination abounds in water sports. Along the coast a few diving clubs are active. Scuba diving clubs offer attractive submarine locations, wreckages of sunken ships, submarine natural phenomena etc. Scooters, sail boats, windsurf boards, row boats, motor boats, canoes, paddle boats and jet skis can be rented. Sailing boats, surfing boards, different sorts of boats offered by sport centres enable you to take full pleasure in the water activities.

Rabac is a good starting point for extreme sports all over Istria: from paragliding on the slopes of the mount of Učka and speleology to free climbing in Rovinj and on Učka.
