Property description

The Rezidencija SKIPER Tourist Resort is situated in the north- western part of the Croatian Adriatic, at the coastal area of Alberi near Savudrija (Umag). It consists of three apartment buildings with 180 apartments, as well as 61 luxury suites in 7 residential buildings and 10 villas located on the slopes that gently lead down to the sea.

Accommodation units description

Apartment SKIPER FAMILY
Two-floor apartments with spiral staircases between levels, they have living spaces between 71 m2 and 88 m2, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one on each floor), one living room with a sofa bed and a beautiful kitchen as well as a furnished terrace with a view of the sea: a perfect accommodation for families.

Apartment SKIPER JUNIOR
These modern apartments have living spaces between 35 m2 and 45 m2 and consist of one master bedroom with king bed, one living room with a sofa bed and kitchen, one bathroom and a large furnished terrace with a view of the sea.

Suites SKIPER IMPERIAL
First-class comfort in 47 suites with living spaces between 105 m2 and 128 m2 and two exquisite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living room and kitchen with dining area are equally elegant. A large, furnished terrace with a view of the sea is perfect for leisurely daydreams in the sun.

Suites SKIPER SUPERIOR
For holiday pleasure in a somewhat smaller setting, these 14 suites of 83 m2 each are just perfect. Beautiful terraces with a pleasant view of the sea are standard features also of these suites.

A-la-carte-restaurant SKIPER has culinary treats for every taste. Its terrace with a wonderful view and its air conditioned indoor rooms invite you to take a trip to the world of Istrian and Mediterranean specialities. Enjoy the well-known Istrian seafood salad, raw ham with sheep cheese, garnished scallops, sole, sea perch or our home-made noodles Tartufi with truffles and parmesan cheese from the region in an atmospheric setting.

Café SKIPER
Café SKIPER offers a great choice of food and drinks. Full of atmosphere, it is perfect for enjoying breakfast, and lunch or afternoon snacks – and best of all, SKIPER’s home-made ice cream specialities.

Pool bar POPEYE
Enjoy refreshing cocktails, drinks, snacks and the SKIPER ice cream specialities at the POPEYE pool bar with its magnificent view. There is something for every taste. Well worth a visit.

Pool and beach
The two fresh-water pools are ideal for cooling down. While the children are having the time of their lives with water toys in their own 120 m2 kiddy pool, adults can enjoy the magnificent view from the POPEYE pool bar. And those who seek relaxation at the seaside will find the private beach of Rezidencija SKIPER with its splendid, 3 600 m2 sun-bathing deck is just perfect.

Sports centre
Four tennis courts (green set), one multi-purpose court for football or basket ball, beach volleyball net, a fitness centre with high class equipment, as well as sports articles for hire, are ready for the guests of Rezidencija SKIPER. Coaches with the best of qualifications are ready to instruct and assist you as trainers.

Children’s playground
SKIPER miniland offers lots of fun and games. The 4 000 m2 children’s playground with its slides, swings, climbing course and much more gives your offspring everything they ever wanted. While our young wear themselves out by giving vent to their energy, their parents can find relaxation in the magnificent park.

SKIPER church
In the charming and air-conditioned SKIPER church, the guests of Rezidencija SKIPER may attend divine service on Saturdays and Sundays. By previous arrangement, the church is also available for baptisms and weddings.

Cap Savudrija and surroundings
The wonderful green scenery and the mild Mediterranean climate all round Cap Savudrija and in Istria tempt you to make cultural trips, sports outings and culinary excursions. Excellent Istrian wines, sea specialities, cosy taverns, in Savudrija the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic coast, and the numerous marinas are but some of the sights you can explore by bike, ship or on horseback while relaxing at the same time.
